Roofing Warranty: All new roofs come with a 10 year workmanship warranty on top of manufacture warranties. Warranty includes but not limited to all work completed by T.R.I. Roofing LLC; are the shingles installed, the underlayment, the nails used by us, the flashing, any wood we replace,
and or any written warranty agreements made between T.R.I. Roofing LLC at the time of contract singed.

******PLEASE READ: Workmanship warranty will be prorated Customer will pay a prorated labor rate and full cost of materials) or void for the follow reason- If anther contractor put anything on roof such as satellite dishes, or anything will require another contractor to put screws, nails or anything the penetrates the shingles without T.R.I. Roofing LLC knowing about it prior to work being done. If customer has another roofing contractor that does any work to our shingle installation prior to the 10 warranty ends it will void our warranty.

Paint Warranty: All Paint work comes with a 5 year Workmanship warranty. Warranty incudes; bubbling, cracking, peeling, or caulking failure do to improper application. This warranty covers interior and exterior work we perform. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, man made chips out of paint work, holes put in walls, trim, or wood after paint job is completed, fading (that’s a manufacture issue).

*****PLEASE READ: Workmanship warranty will be prorated(Customer will pay a prorated labor rate and full cost of materials), or void for the following reason/reasons- If for any reason customer hires another paint contractor to do work on job T.R.I. Roofing LLC has completed Warranty may be void or prorated. The final decision is at the discretion of T.R.I. Roofing LLC Management.

Construction And Finish Work Warranty: All Construction and finish work comes with a Quality of workmanship warranty that’s 36 months. This warranty covers the following: our quality, the caulking used, nails that were not driven in all the way and show, and/or any blemish man made by our employees.

*****PLEASE READ: Warranty does not cover things that’s out of T.R.I. Roofing LLC’s control such as; the shifting, earthquakes, or any other natural disaster the causes the quality of T.R.I. Roofing LLC’s work.
